Everything you need for your first conversation.

Emvio AI is a conversational AI companion designed for emotional support — a private, always-available space where you can talk about what's on your mind without judgment, without burdening someone, and without a waiting list.

It is not a therapist, a crisis service, or a medical tool. It is a thoughtfully built AI that remembers your context, reads your mood, and adapts to your energy — more like a close friend who pays attention than a support chatbot.
Emvio AI is currently in a closed beta. Access is by application only. You can apply using the "Apply Now" button on our home page.

We review applications on a rolling basis. If approved, you'll receive an invite to your registered email address. We do not offer guaranteed timelines for access.
During the beta phase, Emvio AI is free to use for all approved beta participants. Pricing for future versions has not been finalized and will be communicated to users in advance of any changes. Any changes to pricing will not apply retroactively to your existing data.
You need a valid email address and to be 18 years of age or older. Emvio AI is not intended for minors. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 18. If we discover an account belongs to a minor, it will be terminated and data deleted in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
Emvio AI is currently available in India, the United States, and the European Union. Users from other regions may apply but access is not guaranteed during the beta phase. We comply with applicable data protection laws in each jurisdiction we operate in.

How it works

Yes. Unlike most AI tools that reset after each conversation, Emvio builds a contextual memory of your interactions over time — what you've shared, your emotional patterns, things you've mentioned before. This is what allows it to feel continuous rather than starting fresh each time.

This memory is stored securely, tied only to your account, and can be cleared by you at any time. See the Privacy & Data section for details.
Emvio AI is designed to be available 24/7. However, during the beta phase, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance windows or unexpected outages may occur. We will communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.

Beta note Response availability may be affected during high-load periods as we scale infrastructure.
Emvio AI currently supports English as its primary language. Hindi and other regional languages are on our roadmap. We will announce language support updates officially — please do not rely on translated conversations during the beta for emotionally critical interactions.
Yes. You can reset your conversation history and memory at any time from your account settings. This action is permanent and irreversible — once cleared, past conversations and stored context cannot be recovered. We recommend doing this only if you are certain, as it will also affect Emvio's ability to personalise future conversations.
No. Emvio is designed to be a non-judgmental space. It will not lecture you, moralize, or make you feel bad for what you share. It is built to listen first.

That said, if you share something that suggests immediate risk to your safety or someone else's, Emvio may gently encourage you to seek real-world support. This is not judgment — it is a safeguard.

Your privacy, clearly explained

We collect the following categories of data:
  • Account data — your name, email address, and registration details.
  • Conversation data — messages you send to and receive from Emvio AI.
  • Memory data — context, preferences, and patterns Emvio builds over time.
  • Technical data — device type, browser, IP address, and usage logs (for security and performance).
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your conversations for advertising. Your data is used solely to operate and improve the service.
We may use anonymized and aggregated conversation data to improve Emvio AI's systems — for example, improving how it detects emotional tone. This data is de-identified before any such use.

We will never use personally identifiable conversation content to train external AI systems or share it with third-party AI providers without explicit consent. Your raw conversations are not used as training samples.
You have the right to request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. This right is available to you under GDPR (EU), DPDPA (India), and CCPA (California, US).

To submit a data access request, email us at aaryansharma@emvioai.com with the subject line "Data Access Request". We will respond within 30 days of receiving your request.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from your account settings page, or by emailing us at aaryansharma@emvioai.com.

Upon deletion:
  • All conversation history is permanently erased.
  • All stored memory and context is deleted.
  • Your account and profile data is removed from active systems within 30 days.
  • Anonymized, de-identified aggregate data may be retained as permitted by law.
Irreversible Account deletion cannot be undone.
Yes. All data transmitted to and from Emvio AI is encrypted in transit using TLS. Stored data, including conversation history and memory, is encrypted at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

That said, no system is 100% immune to security incidents. In the event of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

No. Emvio AI is not a therapist, counsellor, psychiatrist, or any form of licensed mental health professional. It does not provide diagnosis, clinical assessment, or treatment of any mental health condition.

It is a conversational AI companion — built for the everyday emotional weight that doesn't require professional intervention but still deserves a safe space. For anything clinical, serious, or persistent, please speak with a qualified professional.
Emvio AI is designed to recognize signs of acute distress. If you share content that suggests you may be in immediate danger, Emvio will acknowledge your feelings and gently direct you to crisis resources. It will not dismiss what you've said.

Emvio AI does not automatically alert emergency services or third parties based on your conversations. It is not a monitoring tool. However, if required by law to disclose specific information in cases of imminent danger, we are legally obligated to do so.

No. Emvio AI is strictly for users aged 18 and above. We do not permit minors to create accounts or use the service. This is a firm requirement, not a guideline.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has accessed Emvio AI, please contact us immediately at aaryansharma@emvioai.com. We will investigate and delete the account and all associated data promptly.

Managing your account

You can update your email address and password from your Account Settings page once logged in. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot password" option on the login screen to receive a reset link.

If you're having trouble accessing your account, contact us at aaryansharma@emvioai.com.
Go to Account Settings → Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm the action. Once confirmed, your account, all conversations, and all memory data will be scheduled for permanent deletion within 30 days.

Alternatively, email us at aaryansharma@emvioai.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and we will process it manually. Irreversible
Check your spam or junk folder first — verification emails occasionally land there. If it's not there, try requesting a new one from the login page.

If the problem persists after 10 minutes, contact us at aaryansharma@emvioai.com with your registered email address.
No. One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, access restrictions, or to misrepresent identity is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being suspended.

What to expect in beta

Emvio AI is in active beta development. Features may change, responses may occasionally be imperfect, and some functionality is still being built. Thank you for being an early user — your feedback directly shapes what this becomes.

During the beta phase, you may encounter:
  • Occasional bugs or unexpected AI responses.
  • Features that are incomplete or subject to change.
  • Unplanned downtime during maintenance.
  • Changes to UI, features, or behaviour without prior notice.
We do our best to ensure a stable experience, but beta is where we learn. Please report anything that feels wrong.
Email us at aaryansharma@emvioai.com with the subject line "Bug Report" or "Feedback". Include:
  • A description of what happened.
  • What you expected to happen.
  • The device and browser you were using.
  • A screenshot if available.
We read every report. We may not reply individually during high-volume periods, but your feedback is tracked.
We intend to carry over user accounts, conversation history, and memory data into the production version of Emvio AI. However, we cannot guarantee this in all scenarios — for example, a significant architectural change may require a fresh start.

If a data reset becomes necessary, we will give beta users advance notice and the opportunity to export their data before it occurs.
Yes. Share the "Apply Now" link from our home page with anyone you think would benefit from Emvio AI. All applications go through the same review process regardless of how someone was referred. We do not have a formal referral program at this stage.
